Bruce founded The Tomerro Group in 2002, with the vision to have a full one-stop mix of products for the business office backed by the best-rated insurance companies in North America. His vision also included experienced ongoing training at the dealership level, for both business office and sales personnel.

Bruce has been in the auto finance industry since 1975, starting at Chrysler Credit, then the Bank of Nova Scotia, and on to the business office in 1984. With an eye for innovative ways to improve the bottom line for dealers, Bruce has always had the knack for predicting new trends and products to enhance the profitability of their business offices.

His hobbies include golf and music. As a guitar player, Bruce enjoys performing as Elvis, where he has shared his talent to raise money for a variety of charities. He truly lives by our motto “We promise a lot and deliver more.”


Desi joined our team in the spring of 2013, bringing more than thirty years of Business Office experience to our team.

She is highly motivated, energetic, and a true professional. Desi has the instinct and passion to assist Business Managers and Dealers to achieve a new higher level.

Always with a big smile and her innovative ideas, Desi is always available to assist her new and established clients with their specific requirements and to help them train and motivate their staff.

Family and friends are very important to Desi, she can often be found sharing a round of golf, some fine wine, good food, and cheering on her beloved Canucks…Go Canucks Go !!!


Kandis’ career with Tomerro Group began in 2001 in an admin position, in 2009 she left and began navigating diverse roles, initially into finance and later exploring various sales positions, one of which brought her to Mexico for two years! In 2016, she returned to Tomerro Group as an area sales manager, dedicated to empowering finance managers and enhancing their bottom-line success.


Fintan joined our team in 2017, bringing experience from the business office of two of Western Canada’s busiest dealerships. Prior to the business office, he spent several years as a Dealer Relationship Manager for TD Auto Finance. He brings a wealth of experience, a strong sales background, and an understanding of bank policies and finance approval parameters.

When not working he and his wife Jaime are kept very busy with their two children in activities and sports. He enjoys playing golf followed by a juicy prime rib steak with a nice glass of red wine.


Karen joined Tomerro Group as the Office Manager in 2015. With over a decade of experience in office administration & management, we rely on her skills to ensure organization and the smooth and efficient flow of operations.

Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business, including office operations, HR, payroll, reporting, AP/AR, point-of-sale materials, and team support. Karen enjoys her dynamic role at Tomerro with the amazing team of people she works with.

In her time away from the office, you’ll find Karen spending time with her 3 children and staying active at any chance with early morning training, soccer, and hiking.
